This book seemed a little too “woo-woo” to read at first. After I finally started it, I breezed through it in 3 days. This book confronts many aspects of life including relationships, diet, exercise, meditation, and a way of life. All of these are approached through an enjoyable story that keeps your attention and allows the concepts to resonate with you after the story is complete. I will be re reading this once a year as a refresher, and I recommend you give it a shot. There is so much in here that I guarantee you will obtain at least one applicable takeaway.
